Risk Disclosure

Last updated: March 2026  ·  Please read carefully before subscribing.

⚠️ Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Automated trading software does not eliminate risk — it executes a strategy, not a guarantee. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. General Risk Warning

Trading stocks, options, futures, cryptocurrency, and other financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. Automated Trading Risk

Automated trading software executes trades based on rule-based logic. The bot does not adapt to all market conditions and may generate losing trades. System failures, connectivity issues, API errors, or unexpected market events can result in missed trades, unintended positions, or losses. Technology risk is inherent in any automated trading system.

3. Options Trading Risks

Options trading involves special risks not associated with stock trading. Buying options carries the risk of losing the entire premium paid. Options may expire worthless. Leverage in options can amplify losses as well as gains. Before trading options, you should review the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (ODD).

4. Crypto Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. Prices can move dramatically in short periods. Crypto exchanges may experience outages, hacks, or regulatory actions that affect your ability to trade or access funds.

5. Paper Trading vs. Live Trading

During the current beta, all trading is simulated (paper trading) using virtual funds. Paper trading results do not account for slippage, liquidity constraints, market impact, or live execution costs. Paper performance is not a reliable predictor of live trading results. When live trading opens, real capital is at risk.

6. Not Investment Advice

Bulls Wall Street LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice. The bot executes a programmatic strategy — it is software, not financial counsel. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.

7. No Guarantee of Profit

There is no guarantee that any strategy will be profitable. Even well-designed strategies experience drawdown periods. Past paper trading performance does not guarantee future live trading results. You accept all financial risk associated with use of this software.

8. Suitability

Before using automated trading software with real capital, carefully consider your investment objectives, financial situation, level of experience, and risk tolerance. Trading is not appropriate for everyone. If in doubt, seek advice from a licensed financial professional before proceeding.
