Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any Bulls Wall Street software or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products or services.

2. Software License

Bulls Wall Street grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased software for your own individual trading purposes. This license covers:

• Installation on your own personal computer(s)
• Use with your own individually-owned brokerage accounts
• Paper trading and live trading using your own API credentials

This license does not grant you the right to resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, or use the software for the benefit of third parties.

3. No Refunds on Digital Goods

All software purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after download or delivery. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the software, contact us at bullswallstreetllc@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks, cryptocurrency, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Automated trading software does not eliminate risk — it executes a programmatic strategy that can and will incur losses. By using Bulls Wall Street software, you acknowledge and accept all financial risk associated with trading.

5. No Performance Guarantee

Bulls Wall Street makes no representation or warranty regarding the profitability of any software tier. Past paper trading results do not guarantee or imply future live trading performance. There is no implied warranty of suitability, profitability, or fitness for any particular investment purpose.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions made using or influenced by the software
• Configuring and operating the software correctly
• Managing your risk, position sizing, and account funding
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Safeguarding your API credentials and brokerage account

7. Not Investment Advice

Bulls Wall Street LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial institution. Nothing provided by Bulls Wall Street — including software, documentation, email communications, or website content — constitutes personalized investment advice. The software executes rule-based automated strategies; it is technology, not financial counsel.

8. Software Provided As-Is

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bulls Wall Street does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific performance standard. We are not liable for any losses arising from software bugs, connectivity failures, API errors, or unexpected market conditions during automated operation.

9. Broker Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of your brokerage or exchange platform (including Alpaca, Tastytrade, Interactive Brokers, or others). This includes compliance with Pattern Day Trader rules, margin requirements, account type restrictions, and any other platform-specific regulations. Bulls Wall Street is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, or losses arising from broker rule violations.

10. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software to any third party
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
• Using the software to manage accounts owned by third parties
• Modifying the software and representing modified versions as original Bulls Wall Street software
• Using the software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

Bulls Wall Street LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the software is limited to the amount paid for that software license. Under no circumstances shall Bulls Wall Street be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
